Refund Policy
General Policy
At Cornerstone Labour Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, we value client satisfaction and fairness. However, due to the professional nature of consultancy services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. Non-Refundable Services
Once consultancy services (advice, drafting of documents, representation, or training) have been rendered, fees are non-refundable.
Retainer fees are also non-refundable once services commence.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered if services paid for in advance were not delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of payment.
Any refund granted will exclude administrative and processing fees.
3. Cancellations
If a client cancels a scheduled consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is permitted at no additional cost if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original method of payment.
