Service Description

We offer professional workplace mediation services to help resolve disputes efficiently, confidentially, and with respect for all parties involved. Our accredited commercial mediator facilitates structured dialogue between employees, teams, or employers and staff to guide them toward mutually acceptable solutions without the need for litigation. Mediation provides a neutral, safe, and non-adversarial environment where parties are encouraged to express their concerns and explore practical outcomes that protect working relationships. This service is ideal for addressing interpersonal conflicts, grievances, or disciplinary matters that require a sensitive and impartial approach. This service is charged at a rate of P850 per hour, with the total cost determined by the time spent on the mediation process. The hourly rate applies to all time incurred, including the preliminary assessment of any submitted documents, active mediation sessions, and the drafting of the mediation settlement agreement where parties reach consensus. Sessions may extend beyond one hour and will continue until the mediation process is concluded.
